Do not speak ill will about your partner and feel gratitude for the beautiful moments you spent with your ex. Don’t revenge date as it will waste your time and energy.it is not an easy thing to maintain good relations with your partner but there are some ways to do it. Try to engage in new activities like skydiving. Well not everyone would like to do this but try to indulge in risky and new activities as you will grow as a couple. Meditation with your partner is another great thing that will strengthen your bond. Always choose quality over quantity when it comes to spending your time with your loved ones. Choose to spend two hours without technology than a weekend full of social media and mobile phones. Be a resourceful human being just like nature. Don’t be a consumer instead be a producer without expecting anything in return. People who help other live a happier life.
