Ayurveda is the mother of all the sciences and it does not treat all humans equally. Ayurveda treats every person based upon their prakriti (vata, pitta and kaph) and do not have any universal medicine for the pandemic. Ayurveda is from India and it is the duty of Indians to use it so that we can stop this pandemic. We all know that prevention is better than cure and in the case of coronavirus and it becomes mandatory because home is surely better than a ventilator and doctors are also losing their life while treating patients. Solutions offered by Ayurveda for coronavirus may differ from person to person but there are certain things which we need to follow some measures to stop coronavirus and these measures are recommended by Ayurveda. The below points are supported by ayurvedic literature and scientific publications.

General rules- It is recommended that we should not perform high intensity exercise in India and yoga is preferred by the ancient people to keep their body toned and to live a healthy lifestyle. Well coronavirus can be prevented if we will perform yoga Sana, pranayama and mediation for at least 30 min in the morning but avoid yoga centers and YouTube and yoga mat should be your morning friend. Drink warm water throughout the day and drink milk with turmeric powder in it which will boosts your immunity. Also known as golden milk due to its benefits it should be taken twice a day to ensure better immunity. Spices like Haldi, cumin, coriander garlic are recommended in cooking.
